You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential.
Responsibilities Building and maintain an onboarding program for new Account Managers Working with our Leads Team in developing new accounts Run and process sales reports on a weekly and monthly basis Provide ongoing sales training for Account Managers Maintain close and healthy communication with all operational areas within the organization so as to keep them apprised of any noted activities, such as Technical Support and Customer Service All other miscellaneous tasks as assigned by owners and management Skills BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field preferred Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets (at least 2 years) Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close Strong business sense and industry expertise Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills Previous sales management experience of 5 people or more (at least 2 years) Excellent overall communication skills Good working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Excel Job Type:
