The A/P associate will be responsible to processing vendor invoices, reconciling statements, and working with vendors on any invoice issues.
Supreme Foods:
Supreme Foods is a QSR franchisee located in Mayfield, KY.
We currently own and operate over 50 restaurants in 6 states.
We are in a rapid growth period with many more locations opening by the end of the fiscal year.
Job Description:
Responsible for processing accounts payable invoices with proper approvals Review and reconcile vendor statements Issue / process payments for approved invoices Verify discrepancies, research and resolve any invoice issues.

Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills Detailed oriented Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Sage Intact and Plate IQ experience a plus Education and
Experience:
High School Diploma or Equivalent (Preferred) 2
years of accounting experience preferred Multi-Entity accounting experience a plus Job Type:
