Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical tasks such as answering phone calls, taking messages, and responding to emails - Transcribe and distribute meeting minutes and other important documents - Assist with event planning and coordination - Provide administrative support to the office staff - Maintain office supplies and ensure inventory is stocked - File and organize documents, both physically and electronically - Utilize computer software and applications for data entry and record keeping - Provide excellent customer support to clients and visitors The Office Assistant gathers, compiles, and verifies information and performs data entry.
Screens calls and responds to or routes routine inquiries from external or internal sources with appropriate correspondence or other messaging.
Performs clerical tasks such as handling mail, operating office equipment, and maintaining office supplies.
Reports to office manager.
Responsibilities:
Provides outstanding customer service Answers telephone Maintains files Creates sales orders / bill of lading Updates spreadsheets daily Processes mail each day, sorting out checks for deposit and invoices for payment Provides invoices and supporting documents to plant manager for approval before processing Other duties as assigned Requirements:
Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent Works under moderate supervision Job Type:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
